In a nutshell, there was NO BACTERIA found in either well 613 or any of the 5 tanks managed by the ASADA. The chlorine levels however while being compliant for the well, were not for any of the tanks. As required by AyA, the ASADA is installing a 200 psi chlorinator at the well-head which will service all the tanks. We will monitor this closely to ensure that it is providing the recommended dosages to the tanks (no more and no less). While not everyone is a fan of having chlorine in the water, the amount added is so minuscule that the chances of ever noticing it in your drinking water is pretty slim and chlorine plays an important role in eliminating contaminants in the water.
