CALL TO THE ORDINARY GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE ASOCIACION ADMINISTRADORA DEL ACUEDUCTO Y ALCANTARILLADO SANITARIO DE LOMAS DEL MAR DE SARDINAL DE CARRILLO DE GUANACASTE 

The ordinary general assembly of associates of the ASOCIACION ADMINISTRADORA DEL ACUEDUCTO Y ALCANTARILLADO SANITARIO DE LOMAS DEL MAR DE SARDINAL DE CARRILLO DE GUANACASTE, legal entity with identification number 3-002-515086, to be held on May 7, 2025, in Guanacaste, Carrillo, Sardinal, club house of Lomas del Mar complex and by Zoom, at 1:00 p.m. on first call, in case the quorum of law is not present, the meeting will be held in second call, one hour later. The following items will be discussed at said meeting: 

1. Verification of quorum. 

2. Election of a President and a Secretary for this assembly.

3. President's Report

4. Treasurer's Report

5. Fiscal's Report

6. Election of members of the board for the following three positions:

1. Secretary - Chris Christensen
2. Treasurer - Lisa Sharp (currently sitting as Fiscal)
3. Fiscal - Alba Nubie Mercado

7. Respond to questions submitted to the Board of Directors prior no later than April 25th.

8. Authorization for the Notary Public Marianela Moreno Paniagua to notarize and register the minutes and perform any actions required to achieve the registration.

La asamblea general ordinaria de asociados de la ASOCIACION ADMINISTRADORA DEL ACUEDUCTO Y ALCANTARILLADO SANITARIO DE LOMAS DEL MAR DE SARDINAL DE CARRILLO DE GUANACASTE, persona jurídica con cédula número 3-002-515086, a celebrarse el 7 de mayo de 2025, en Guanacaste, Carrillo, Sardinal, casa club del complejo Lomas del Mar o por Zoom, a las 1:00 p.m. En primera convocatoria, en caso de no existir el quórum de ley, la reunión se celebrará en segunda convocatoria, una hora más tarde. En dicha reunión se tratarán los siguientes puntos: 

1. Verificación del quórum.

2. Elección de presidente y secretario para esta asamblea.

3. Informe de la presidenta

4. Informe del Tesorero

5. Informe del Fiscal

6. Elección de miembros de la junta directiva para los dos siguientes puestos vacantes:

1. Secretario - Chris Christensen
2. Tesorero - Lisa Sharp (Actualmente se desempeña como Fiscal)
3. Fiscal - Alba Nubie Mercado

7. Responder a las preguntas presentadas a la Junta Directiva a más tardar el 25 de abril.

8. Autorización para que la Notaria Pública Marianela Moreno Paniagua certifique y registre el acta y realice los trámites necesarios para su registro.
